MEL WIGGINS - Founder + Leader
Mel is the founder and leader of Assembly and will be the one you see hosting workshops and events, creating your resources and coaching you to build courage! Mel has trained under some of the best coaches and personal development leaders in the world and LOVE LOVE LOVES working with women. She also cries a lot.
SASHA GLASGOW - COMMUNITY & CONTENT COACH
Sasha is here to support all of you lovely community members through content creation, co-working sessions, and journalling workshops. Her brilliant words are the ones you’ll see in the Facebook group and woven throughout our learning materials. Sasha is big on women making themselves a priority in their own lives, in small ways, every day.
HELENA BRADBURY - OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Helena makes all the magic happen behind the scenes here at Assembly! She takes care of all the practical details of your membership and is on hand if you’re having any access or tech difficulties. When she’s not bossing the systems, Helena is also a travel blogger, lover of long road trips and bright colours!

3 Tips to Make Your Membership Experience Incredible:
1) GET INVOLVED!
Members who are involved and invested, wether it’s showing up and participating in live online workshops, sharing ideas in the facebook group or getting stuck into the accountability pods - these members feel connected, supported and have a sense of belonging. This community is ACTIVE! Remember why you joined. Get involved!
2) BE CURIOUS.
A lot of the content we cover in the Members Community is about the inner work that helps us to build courage to bring our fullest selves to the world as well as the practical stuff that helps us get our ideas out there! Some of the content will connect, some won’t, but I really encourage you to be curious with it all. You can come back to things as much as you want, ask questions and make this space one of discovery for you.
3) TRUST THE PROCESS.
This community is incredible! The women in here are full of knowledge and wisdom and represent all ages and stages of life. It’s not a magic wand to find fulfilment but it will definitely give you the tools to help you understand yourself better and live the life you want and desire. Trust the process and be patient with yourself as you stretch and grow.
